Day 1 :    Arrival in Cairo
On your arrival at the Cairo International Airport, after clearing immigration, you will be met by our local Joy Travels representative, who will escort you to your hotel. The first day of your Cairo-Hurghada-Sharm el-Sheikh tour will be for you to rest, sightsee or shop (at your own cost). Cairo is also called the “city of a thousand minarets”, and is Africa’s largest city. It is on the east bank of the Nile but has a desert climate. Cairo has innumerable monuments and museums; some green spaces including: Al Azbakieya Gardens and Al-Azhar Park; Garden Theatre in Al-Azhar that has musical performances; and, Dream Park and Magic Land, which provide entertainment for the entire family. The Culture Wheel has cultural performances and there’s Sufi dancing at the picturesque Al-Ghouri Mausoleum. Numerous department stores, shops and markets sell all kinds of merchandise, including the famous Egyptian cotton and ethnic handicrafts. Citystars has international brands. Several restaurants and cafes serve a variety of cuisine; while Merryland in Heliopolis houses restaurants inside its’ pretty park. The Desert Park, a protected area, is good for trekking, jogging, rock climbing, and bird-watching. Overnight at hotel in Cairo.  

Day 2 :    Cairo
After breakfast, you will be proceeding for an exciting tour to see one of the Seven Wonders of the World – the Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx – the large statue that is one of the most famous monuments in the entire world, the Papyrus Institute, and a Perfume factory. After this, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Cairo.  

Day 3 :    Cairo
Following breakfast, you will be going on another tour to visit some more significant and interesting landmarks, such as: the Egyptian Museum that houses historical relics of one of the earliest civilizations of the world; the 12th century Citadel of Saladin; Mohammed Ali Basha Mosque; and, then roam around the historic market of Khan el-Khalili. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Cairo.  

Day 4 :    Cairo-Hurghada
Post-breakfast, you will be leaving Cairo and get transferred to an AC bus that will take you to Hurghada. On reaching Hurghada, you will be transferred to a hotel, where you will get some time to rest and dinner will be served to you. Overnight at hotel in Hurghada.  

Day 5 :    Hurghada
Following breakfast, you will have time to explore the city or shop (at your own cost). Hurghada is a busy seashore resort on the Red Sea coast. It has vast stretches of sandy beaches and crystalline warm waters where tourists love to go snorkelling or scuba-diving. Worth seeing are: Makadi Bay; Sharm El Naga with a picturesque reef cliff; Soma Bay; Al-Mahmya; and, El Gouna, known as Egypt’s “Venice”, with channels and bridges, shopping arcades, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and facilities to play golf, go horse-riding, indulge in water sports and go-karting. In Hurghada, you can take boat cruises to visit nearby places. There are numerous restaurants catering to tourists, and several shops sell goods including: papyrus, perfumes, spices, jewellery, traditional handicrafts, and linen-shawls-stoles made from Egyptian cotton. The charming Hurghada Marina Boulevard is excellent to stroll down and admire the arresting yachts in the Marina. You can also shop here, sit in one of the fine restaurants and bars, listen to live music, or dance. Dinner will be served at your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Hurghada.  

Day 6 :    Hurghada–Sharm el-Sheikh
After breakfast, you will be checking-out of your Hurghada hotel and get transferred from Hurghada Port to Sharm el-Sheikh by Ferry. On arrival at Sharm el-Sheikh, you will be met by our local representative there who will arrange for your transfer to a hotel. You may have some leisure time. Dinner will be served to you at the hotel. Overnight at hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh.

Day 7 :    Sharm el-Sheikh
Post-breakfast, the day will be yours to do what you like (at your own cost). With endless stretches of beaches, palm-fringed pretty coastline, pristine blue waters, people throng to Sharm el-Sheikh for diving, snorkelling, and surfing. Ras Mohammed is the most popular diving site, having 800-metre deep reef walls. Close to the Red Sea, Sharm el-Sheikh has a National Park at Naqb, which attracts people for its mangroves, coral reefs, and, flora and fauna. Sharm el-Sheikh also has proximity to the desert, which affords camel and horse riding, as well as desert safaris. Na’ama Bay has casinos, discos, nightclubs, and shops. It is also known for sulphur springs, considered a cure for rheumatic and skin diseases. There are many things you can do in this fascinating city over a number of days – the choice is yours. Day 8 :    Sharm el-Sheikh
Following breakfast, you will have another day to spend as you like. No matter where you go or what you do, please return in time for dinner to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh.

Day 9 :    Sharm el-Sheikh –Cairo
After breakfast, you will have some time for leisure before you check-out and leave Sharm el-Sheikh for Cairo by an AC bus. Overnight at hotel in Cairo.  

Day 10 :    Departure from Cairo
Following breakfast, you will have to pack your bags and check-out of the hotel. If you have time, you may like to catch-up with some last-minute shopping, but be sure to be back at the hotel in time for your scheduled departure to the Cairo International Airport to catch the flight for your onward destination.
