LAHORE
Lahore is situated near the central eastern border of Pakistan about 200 miles south east of the capital city, Islamabad. Being the second largest and centrally located city, Lahore is the destination of many international airline carriers including Emirates, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Pakistan International Airlines, Thai Airways, Indian Air, and Qatar Airways, among others. There are hundereds of shopping spots in Lahore and It is considered that Anarkali is the most fascinating of the city's many bazaars. The alleys and lanes of this bazaar are full of exciting wares, especially traditional crafts like leatherwear, embroided garments, glass bangles, beaten gold and silver jewelry, creation in silk- anything that you wish to bargain., Later known as Jehangir. Some more famous Bazars in Lahore are Sarafa Bazaar. Copper and Brass Bazaar. Kashmiri Bazaar. Sooha Bazaar. Urdu Bazaar.

Lahore is Pakistan's true food centre. The induction of quality Thai food has made it more cosmopolitan. Lahorites have access not only to a large number of Pakistani dishes and Punjabi specialities, it has fast food restaurants, Western dishes, steak houses, pizzas, Japanese, Chinese, Lebanese, Afghani, Thai cooking and even Indian 'Thali' and 'Dossas.' Pakistani Food can be sub- divided in two distinct styles: Mughal- style Pakistani curries and Punjabi Barbecue and Karahis. Chinese cuisine continues to be Lahorite's "second most popular food." There are two types of Chinese food connoisseurs. One likes a lot of variety in the same meal, the other orders fewer specialised dishes. Lahorites eat a lot of Mithai. Nirala seems to be more popular than Shirin Mahal these days. But Fazal, Rahat, Shezan and Gourmet outlets also serve good quality Mithai.
